VSE & Pony Measurement Cards Database* Make sure you are logged into the website (your name should appear in the upper righthand corner of your screen).Click on the blue link to the left and upload your Measurement Card for easy, searchable storage (only members who are logged into the website can view the files). All files must be named as: Member's Last Name First Name, Animal Name. Example: Trexler Abbie, Ramblin' Jack. All forms that are complete and include the required photographic identification will be approved within 3 business days by an administrator.
*IMPORTANT: Owners may opt to upload a digital version of their card to the ADS Measurement Card Database for storage and easy sorting by last name. However, the owner (not ADS) is solely responsible for supplying the measurement card to ADS Recognized Events (a copy of the card should be sent in with your entries).

Appendix GR-B. ADS Equine Measurement Program
1.1 ADS Ponies are 120cm to less than 149cm; without shoes; or less than 150cm with shoes.
1.2 ADS Small Ponies are 99cm to less than 120cm; with or without shoes.
1.3 ADS VSEs are less than 99cm; with or without shoes.
1.4 Animals will be measured prior to their first competition of each year until reaching the competition age of 8 years, after which they will receive a Permanent Card.
1.5 ADS Measurement Cards are for the exclusive use of ADS competitions.
1.6 The height of animals with a current, valid ADS Measurement Card cannot be protested.
1.7 The measurer must not measure animals owned or trained by a member of the measurer’s immediate family, a person living under the same roof, nor a person with whom the measurer (exception: veterinarians) has a financial relationship, including a lease.
1.8 All ponies and VSEs competing in an ADS recognized event must have a valid ADS Measurement Card or a FEI or USEF Measurement Card.
1.9 An ADS measurement may be taken by only a trained ADS Licensed Official, a measurement-trained FEI or USEF Licensed Official, or veterinarian.
1.9.1 An ADS measurement for a permanent card may be taken by only a trained ADS Licensed Official, or a measurement-trained FEI or USEF Licensed Official.
