Laurence Williamson, In Memoriam

It saddens me deeply to report that one of our sports staunchest carriage driving supporters, Laurence Williamson, passed away last Thursday. Laurence also supported his wife, Gail, for years while she ran and competed in all kinds of carriage driving competitions. Those of us who knew him will miss his common sense and his expertise in running carriage shows. I, for one, will miss his Scottish sense of humor and his willingness to always pitch in whenever help was needed. Mar Sin Leat, my friend.
